Open Question: Unemployment appeal letter?

Okay so i am 20 years old, just recently got fired from chilis restaurant in january. I filed for unemployment, won, then just recently got a notice of determination...I am preparing to write my appeal letter, and was googling examples of letters but all the ones I found were very professional, and not good examples for my simple case.
