Open Question: Workers Compensation?

Does anyone know whether or not If I get an attorney to represent me this late in my case whether I will have to switch up my doctors? My Qualified Medical Evaluator so far has been good and has been getting me all the care I need and I have a good QME report thus far although I don't have a rating yet. I feel it may be best if I am represented now that they have given me a deposition not
