Open Question: Hail damage and insurance?

I was wondering if anyone knows about hail damage and insurance. A bunch of my kids plastic toys, plastic patio furniture, garden hose and stuff like that was damaged - big holes straight thru. Should we expect to receive the full amount of money to replace them from our insurance? What do you think?
