Topshop have really surprised me with there range of jewellery on offer this season which includes bug inspired rings, eyeball rings and necklace pendants as well as the big stars trend that Dolce & Gabanna started earlier in the season.
Ok so it's not top end designer but it does for the odd night out to compliment an outfit or to try something new.
The only reason I know of this was mainly due to the fact that I was looking for a birthday gift for a friend. The only thing that annoys me with Topshop/Topman or any other high street store tho is you never get a good enough choice compared to what you see online.
So I decided to have a wee browse on the website and picked out some of my personal faves.

Earring £5

Liked this one it caught my eye so I bought it although not sure if I'm going to suit it but will give it a go you never know might end up really liking it. Plus it's a little bit different looks like you have had your ear stretched which is kinda cool.

One of the nicer eyeball rings I found on offer some of them are a little too realistic even for me.

It has a skull and looks like something a vampire would wear so I instantly fell in love and will need to buy it.

Was going to get this as a gift for my friend but after looking at it again I'm not so sure think it looks a little cheap and to be honest not really worth £30

Tried this ring on the other day was really nice on my only disappointment was it only seemed to come in gold but I'm glad to see it also comes in silver and I may just have to get this one also.
You can never have to many....can you?

Glasgow gets Blitzed

Woohoo a new queer night that sounds like it's gonna be good to go to outwith the mainstream of polo/Bennets and up the dodgy end of town in the Flying Duck next door to what used to be the STV television studios they seem to aiming for a mainly student crowd what with them all starting uni at this time which is no bad thing but just hope it also attracts a few of us that remember the music and style first time around. The venue itself is a great location for this type of night as the Flying Duck is unique in the fact that it's not like your average club it has been made to look like someones flat that you have been invited to for a party with free toast thrown in. We're playing music you can sing to, so for god sake fucking sing like you're on Top of the Pops when it was still culturally relevant. It's all 80's/90's alt pop, some New Romantic, some New Wave, and a bit of indie dance. Kiss someone of the same sex if you want to, you are in uni, it's time!

It's called the Louis Vuitton Lockit PM Devotion clutch which you literally handcuff to your wrist.

So you know no matter what, this bad boy aint going anywhere without you knowing about it.

It's fantastic isn't it although admittedly I have never really been a fan of Louis Vuitton I do see this as a bold and innovative step for them to come up with this. It's got a very Alexander McQueen feel to it.

I think Gaga would agree with me on that one as Daphne is yet another Style Icon who's image she has copied recenty from the two tone monochrome hair to the metal body jewellery seen in her recent video for "you and i" I mean come on Gaga soon we will be calling you Lady Gaga The Human Xerox machine.
