Bjork Cosmogony App Album

Bjork the original queen of Avant Garde long before Lady Gargoyle exploded onto the scene has released her long awaited new album Biophilia via Itunes/Ipad as an App Album available to those with an Ipad, IPhone or Ipod which is great news if you have one of those maybe not so great if you don't but with the wonders of modern technology I'm pretty sure the songs will be available online soon enough as 2 have already leaked so far not that I condone such behaviour you understand.
A bold move for someone who's music lets be honest is not to everyone's taste but to many is groundbreaking and sets new genres and sub genres within music and you can clearly see through her music that she has helped inspire many new artists with her constant evolving of style and genre by pushing boundaries not only creatively but passionately you get a real sense that she enjoys what she is doing.
I must admit personally I do like what I have heard so far and am looking forward to hearing the rest of the 10 songs that are going to released.
For more information on the album how it all works etc and to have a listen to the latest singe Cosmogony  check out the link below.

Bjork for Dazed & Confused

To celebrate Dazed & Confused reaching it's 200th issue Bjork was Guest editor
the original queen of all things surreal gives us a glimpse into her world with vintage clothes, Hand painted dresses and clothes made out of paper not that surprising really coming from someone like Bjork who has changed direction more times than I care to remember but it comes together well thanks to expert styling and photography from Katy England and Sam Falls.
